Visual wake word example xscope script is not windows compatible #364

The script https://github.com/xmos/xcore_sdk/blob/develop/examples/bare-metal/visual_wake_words/test_image.py which uses xscope channel to do fileio only works for linux and mac. It should be modified to be able to support windows as well.
