The pieces are in place to run Jenkins hardware-in-the-loop testing using a build artifact from Github Actions. This first step is to stand that process up using 1-2 tests that require hardware.
Additionally we will use this tasks to save all the test build artifacts so they can be added to the hardware-in-the-loop testing easier at a later date.
