Examples documentation is outdated #455

README.rst in every example suggests to build with this line: cmake -B build -DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=tools/xmos_cmake_toolchain/xs3a.cmake while xmos_cmake_toolchain is not in tools directory anymore
