Ensure all FreeRTOS examples use SDK supplied bsp_configs

Example currently with specialized bsp_configs:

• [x] cifar10
• [x] device_control
• [x] getting_started

These examples currently have specialized bsp_configs because they could support boards beyond the Explorer board. However, those boards should have bsp_configs in the SDK if they can be targetetted by SDK examples.
