Currently the documentation for an example is the README.rst which is located in the example's directory. This README uses RST directives and syntax that is not rendered by Github.com. Instead the following is proposed:
Given building, running, debugging, and flashing all examples is similar, create one document that explains how to do this for each OS given the example target names (run_target, debug_target, etc...)
In each example README.rst, provide the target names provided by the example. And, link to the document on how to build any example.
