NOTE: The existing wifi_profile.py could have been used for the Windows as well. The powershell script was originally made when I wrote make_certs.ps1 as a way to remove the python dependency at the application level; but I am not sure it is worth more or less duplicating the script.

Opinions/Thoughts?

We do/did require Python for some example applications. So, it is OK to utilize it.

I should add that, if a Windows user is already in the Power Shell, I see no reason to bring Python into the mix.
