Service desk survey issue #20

Survey is being sent to customers for old tickets. We are unable to reproduce this issue in UAT. WE need more time for investigation.

IM70101849 -> In this case Survey notification mail body was wrongly took old ticket data and invalid survey key, that’s why customer got invalid survey link in prod Env. I can't reproduce this issue in test Env, So we need more time to investigate root cause.
