Current code it working hard to follow https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6122 (especially the section on STRINGPREP and NAMEPREP usage). Need to check that we're following the latest version of the standard; it seems that it has already been replaced.
Aha, the latest RFC 7622 "defines the XMPP address format in a way that no longer depends on stringprep". That's interesting.
Moved the specification-related stuff to #57.
stringprep
directory have some Perl scripts and bat files inside of itsunicode
andsteps
subdirectories. We need to review this and maybe even drop completely.
