`GPU #0 COMPUTE ERROR` with `bfactor` set to 12 #113

Hello,

I'm mining Monero with GTX 1650 Ti.

The default bfactor is 6, with a 550 h/s hash rate.

I tried to set bfactor to 12, and hash rate seemed to increase three times to 1500 h/s, but there weren't more results accepted. It logged GPU #0 COMPUTE ERROR from time to time.

In addition, bfactor set to 7~11 seems not to change hash rate.

I seldom play video games, so I want to make the most use of my video card.

I'm wondering how to optimize cuda config like bfactor and bsleep.

Thanks.

Windows or Linux?

Actual rx/0? That's not designed for GPUs and only works to prove it scores less than 10% what a Ryzen does while using 3x the watts.

For earning XMR on GPUs you would use an autoexchange pool like MoneroOcean, Libertypool, or c3pool -- so that the GPU can process something GPUs are good at and be paid current cross-value in XMR.

My OS is WIndows.

I know that CryptoNignt and RandomX is proposed to anti GPU or ASIC.

Currently, I mine in some spare time with 1650 Ti as well as Ryzen using SupportXMR because I have a few XMR pending there.
