Limit usage #114

Is there any way to limit GPU usage. For example, I'm running this on my laptop and I don't want to burn a hole in my lap. Can I throttle it back to 25%?

Crank up bsleep but of course that hurts hashrate. But it will chill out for bsleep milliseconds between every batch of hashes then.

There is no slow and consistent, only fast/wait throttling.

You could also try underclocking the GPU by a bunch. Also of course bad for hashrate but could be good for reducing heat.
