Remove QR code feature #86

Closes #85 by removing the QR code feature, which is not required in the current scope.

Thank you for the PR! Totally fine to remove if you want to, however I do have the QR code working in the push notifications PR if you think there is value in it (assuming it works)

The issue was the deep link was not valid from changing from xmtp:// to ephemera-chat://

Awesome, let's totally keep it then!
