Bug: Top nav/navbar drop-down item description text hard to read in dark mode #114

Describe the bug

Top nav/navbar drop-down item description text is hard to read in dark mode:

Can we pick out a great color for this text to help make it more readable, please? <3

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Turn on dark mode.
  2. In the top nav/navbar, hover over Docs or Vision
  3. Try to read the description text for the items in the drop-down.

Expected behavior

The description text should be easy to read in dark mode.

Please make the description text neutral-400.
