For "What is XMTP?" section
Provide a way to surface the XMTP example chat app
Provide quick tutorial on how to use it to send messages between two wallet addresses
Check with Peter to see if we want to surface not only the XMTP example chat app, but also Relay and any other apps. This may be the small starting point of the app showcase.

Deprioritizing this doc per input from Saul and Peter. This doc might be useful - but is not targeted to our P1 Decision Maker/Eng Lead persona for Dev Portal launch.
