Can we audit the existing docs to make sure all of the basic group chat functionality is present

[ ] list groups and conversations as one list
[ ] list groups
[ ] stream groups and conversations as one list
[ ] stream groups
[ ] list group messages (pagination, filtering)
[ ] send a group message (all codecs supported)
[ ] stream group messages
[ ] stream all group and conversation messages
[ ] update group name
[ ] list members
