Hi ! I wonder if the UMAP coordinate file "../data/dcluster_coords.Rdata" and Cell metadata file "../data/metadata.Rdata" are from scRNA or scATAC ?

The two files are from scATAC cause we use them to calculate the Cicero coaccessilibity.
