Switch to offset-based array type (See: docs/experimental/array.txt). #32

Ndarray and Array merged again.
Arrays without explicit pointers are one big chunk of memory, even when nested.
Add optional dimensions (disallow optional ellipsis dimension).
Strides and contiguity will be sorted out in a follow-up commit.
