adding the contributing section #44

I added a short section how contributing to the README. It is mostly about installing, so maybe the title should be different.

Let me know if this is useful, I can create a similar updated for xnd and gumath

I tested the installation on my OSX

Perhaps the conda instructions could go into INSTALL.txt, which is about installing a local version, too.

oh, yes, I missed this file. I can add the conda option there

btw. I used conda, since was having problem with python3 setup.py install on my osx
