override_rc settings from needrestart.conf are completely overwritten in customisations.conf #5

Currently the whole override_rc hash is overwritten, which is probably not the wanted behaviour here. As mentioned in https://github.com/liske/needrestart/issues/13 the values should be assigned for each key separately. I will get back to you with a short PR in a bit.
