What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I do not know how to reproduce, Occurs in Aus

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To be charged full 15k, Was charged $0

So since he's a numbnut...i'll explain

Ireland noticed that the $4500 mission bug coincides with an abort fee of $0.

I made him count the times it showed up for him, and apparently was about 5 out 
of 10 missions. Most were in the Aussie satnet, but one wasn't. 

Dunno if this helps at all Momo.

I performed over 25 missions in Australia this morning.  I was, unfortunately, 
unable to produce an incorrectly paying mission.
