第二次切换语言网页会 reload，导致页面翻译无效 #40

切换语言环境，会调用changeLanguage 方法。默认为中文，第一次切换英文没问题，第二次切换为日文，页面会reload，浏览器刷新后，页面变成中文了。与实际效果不符

另外如果想效果更好，切换语言时直接就翻译而不是先闪现源语言，可以考虑采用一下这个 http://tcdn.zvo.cn
