CLI usage should look something like this

# basic usage
$ ./hanoiTowers.py

# with custom number of layers
$ ./hanoiTowers.py --layers <number>
$ ./hanoiTowers.py -l <number>

then CLI in-app should look like:

# move selected range of a tower
> move <towerIndex> <layerCount>

# set back to default
> reset
