Homebrew installation instructions #329

The installation instruction for Homebrew leave out the detail that you have to brew tap xo/xo when you want to use the --with-odbc option. Otherwise when just running brew install xo/xo/usql --with-odbc, the option is not recognized.

If the brew install command doesn't pass command-line options to the build scripts, that should be an issue taken up with the Homebrew project. I'd be happy to incorporate changes to the README.md if you wanted to write and submit a PR.
