Hi there, i have download the source code, but i not see which i can do with it

Im under Linux Slackware(64) 15.0 On the terminal i had use :

git clone https://github.com/xoascf/OTRMod

1 - I should compile something with make or cmake or ninja ? 2 - How i use this source code ? 3 - Or by the moment is not working tool for final users ?
