Implement back end of the scoreboard

The scoreboard page should fetch the results from @xobust's server using PHP and MySQL and display them in the table (see #9).

Possible ideas:

• The user can choose to sort by rank or alphabetical
• The user can search for themselves and see their rank and score.

The servers should take a name from the game and apply it to a score from the game in to the scoreboard.
