Implement front end of the scoreboard #9

The scoreboard page should be a list/table of scores.

Possible ideas: - The user can choose to sort by rank or alphabetical - The user can search for themselves and see their rank and score.

Why sort by alphabetical order? I haven't seen that on a scoreboard

I was thinking that we could implement it as a way to let players find themselves in the list, because sorting is much easier to implement than search (although search isn't super hard either).
