Code editor does not scroll, grows instead #2103

Environment

Scope: desktop IDE
Version: 0.37.2

Steps to reproduce

Place a not-implemented-in-xod node
Double click to open the editor
Add a few hundred of lines

Expected behavior

Editor vertical scroll bar appearss

Actual behavior

The deployment pane shifts down
The black resize grip stays above the editor and sidebars
The scrollbar never appears
