Fix issue #13 - Auto-fix on save option. #18

Now settings file is available as like the menu entries as well.
I added the option of use another command, mostly for dev propouse, to avoid install a lot of node dependencies on system.
I added to a command to run the auto fix, as a menu entry on Tools sublime menu. Finally I added the customizable keyboard shortcut
