Add TagBar support #14

TagBar (https://github.com/majutsushi/tagbar) creates buffer TagBar that also should be treated specially.

Sorry for the long silence, unfortunately I don't have anything new to add here yet, I just wanted to add a pointer to a new issue I just created: xolox/vim-session#98.

Yeah, for now combination session+tagbar is completely broken. :(
