Update jasmine-node version #169

Jasmine-node fixed dependency issues with jasmine-reporters in the newer version https://github.com/mhevery/jasmine-node/pull/333 Needs this update otherwise npm install with latest 1.13 doesn't work :(

Have you seen Velocity?

@samhatoum Yes i have, IMO not ready for production yet but it definitely looks promising. i'll try to keep number of PR's to this one only to bug fixes and focus primarily on helping with pushing velocity to the ready stage.
