showip doesn't display umlauts properly #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit http://hetzner.de
2. Take a look at the city name

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should be "Nürnberg" instead of "N�rnberg"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
geoip-1.4.8, linux, showip-1.0

I'm not sure if it is a showip problem or even geoip itself but I guess its 
showip..

Oh, I just noticed that It doesn't work with a local GeoLiteCity.dat at all.. 
so its using the online version.

I'm not sure where this error occurs - but showip doesn't show any geo data.

Oops, sorry.. I mixed show-ip with show-location :(
