Itag-43 does not open after caching #6

When a video with itag-43 resolution is cached, you cannot watch it. The player 
gives an error after you try to watch it. If you delete video, it works again 
OK once till it is cached. After that, video is unavailable. As far as I notice 
it happens with this special resolution only. The same resolution with a 
different codec, itag-34, works fine.
