What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- I'd like to cut & slide some of image and slide to any area.
For example.
- I paste image screen that I want to add some of design to this, then I need
to select and slide some of image to below and replace textbox from pencil to
this. How can I do? Please give me an answer. ^.^
