What feature would you like to request?
I would like to be able to select fixed labels, as found in uTorrent and 
probably some other torrent clients too. Manually typing the label does do the 
trick, but perhaps there is some possibility to fetch the fixed labels and 
display them in a list?

Yes, this is possible (but don't expect it very soon).

uTorrent: all labels (even if unused) are returned by /gui/?list=1 in 'labels'
Deluge: supports only viewing of labels so this won't add any new funtionality
Other clients don't support labels in a trivial manner.

Actually the uTorrent Linux support for fixed labels has been broken for a few 
months now... So not much use in implementing it soon anyway.

I need select empty (without downloads) labels for downloads. Please, implement 
this feature.
