not consistent with Deluge files priority system

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Try to change any file priority via transdroid over a Deluge server. In fact, 
you can not change it. And it could also cause a server crash, sometimes.

What version of the product are you using?
Latest for both: transdroid 1.1.4, Deluge 1.3.4

What torrent client are you using?
..Deluge

A dev tell me about Deluge ratio, as I could intend: 0 not dl, 1 normal 
priority, 5 high and 7 as highest.
While transdroid may try to set a 3 value, wich is not consisrent. But I'm not 
sure about such tech details.

Thanks for this bug report. I fixed it in red596ee28903 and it will be in the 
next 1.1.6 release.

Note that there is a slight termonology inconsistency, as Transdroid uses 'Low, 
Normal & High' (as most torrent clients do) while Deluge calls these 'Normal, 
High & Highest'. But at least form now on it works. :)
