Enable Logo image to be shown

Hi! Thank you for the awesome xontrib! I gave it a star!

Please take a look at my PR about #41

I implemented to enable cool Xonsh's logo to be shown on Jupyter Lab Launcher page.

I could see the logo after installing this patch on local.
