Made almost all models to have const constructors
Bot.inlineQuery method is updated to accept Pattern query to listen to inline queries that match the passed pattern. It had an unintended behavior before.
Updated toString on InlineQueryResultType enum for it to work with RawAPI.answerInlineQuery
