[BUG]: Admin Dashboard Alert on change #223

Description of the bug

Alert message to submit on change :

Merge CSS and JS to apply on cards. Add button submit with visibility to footer.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to modules management
  2. make a change to any module card
  3. alert notification is not rendered for all options
  4. button submit on footer is invisible
