All work completed in this PR has been done as a hackathon project for Gitcoin Grants Round 9 Hackathon - specifically for Polygon hackathon bounty challenges (Utility and Open track).

At a high level, this PR adds support for Matic to expedition, but also makes matic the default network choice.

This PR removes:

service runner functionality

Changes:

adding custom node/chain

Adds:

populating list of chains from static or fetched list.
default to using matic
