Visual display of the remaining power from 100-0%, something visible in the applet section of the bar.

@bootdsc It looks like this PR has only commits by @xorbit. Maybe something went wrong?

Yeah I'm not sure what the point is, these are commits that have long since been added to master. Where is the applet code?
