In some cases, building the Confio assets was returning the error: invalid byte sequence in UTF-8

Do you save your CSS as UTF-8 or ASCII?

Not sure. I assume UTF-8. How can I check? The funny thing is it compiles fine on Casey's box and on DEV1.
