AI can't build cattle farm,so AI can't update to engineer #9

i test it，when enable Industrialized Low Tier Production and Cattle needs to be butchered，AI don't build cattle farm, delete Cattle needs to be butchered no avail，disable Industrialized Low Tier Production，AI quickly build cattle farm....then update to engineer

i download v1.0.3 again and test it,i'm sure Cattle needs to be butchered make ai don't build cattle farm.

I think I am having the same issue ummm any fix for this?

There is an update on mod.io by kruila that fixes this.

P.S Make sure to get the updated low teir productions, as soon as I updated this they leveled to engineers.
