Reporting console throws error 500 #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to access reporting console through share
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be getting the reporting console

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
tried with 4.2.d CE 4.2.e CE

Please provide any additional information below.
Apllied the amp and copied the jar files to the lib dir
restarted and when I try to access the reporting console, I am getting error no 
500
I have attached the error file in html format, Please do find it for your 
reference

I guess this one is related to issue #39. i close the issue, please reopen if 
you think it is still relevant (and more clear than #39, which I doubt...)
