Include more contests. #138

Presumably, we will create a simple web-site where we display all contests we know about, with possibility to manually suggest new contests.

One of requests:

It's my humble request that you add the date and timings for different ACM ICPC qualifier and regional contests in your app Codeforces WatchR. It will benefit many people and also improve the productivity of the app. Thank you very much for taking out time and reading the suggestion.
