[Feature] Configuration from portal permalink

Complete portal information is available "in the system" and could be imported in the tool directly, without the need for manual configuration.

The perlmalink information can be easily extracted by Agents, via the Total Conversion script (when it is up and running again)

which "in the system" are you referring to? Selecting the data from Ingress directly? That won't work - but did you have a look at the IITC plugin?
