Enhancement Request - RVOSD Style HUD #57

Include an option for a F-16 style horizon with ladders and degrees. Also side 
bars for ALT and SPD, more like RVOSD, which is one of the nicest looking 
"HUDS" out there.

From what I read, the video chip on MinimOSD is not capable of drawing nice 
"ladders". Most OSDs use some MAX video chip that cannot do that.
