Use react-native-material-menu instead of UIManager.showPopupMenu #424

This makes the menu component work for iOS as well as Android.

Fixes #40.

I've never opened up a pull request with this project before, so feedback/suggestions are appreciated.

thinking it may be time to fork the original or just jump to a new project, the project itself hasn't been updated since April of 2019
