Gunyah support #103

Hi devs, first and foremost, I'd like to thank you for the great job, no one other seems to care for VM on android while for me and a lot of people is a topic of great interest.

Now, I was recently browsing the qemu repos and I saw they are currently trying to implement gunyah and actually some upstream version have support for it in some extent, I was wondering if there are plans to implement it in vectras. Thanks in advance.

is thats something related to kvm and hyperv?, it cant right now due kernel emulation in proot.
