Fixes #66 The previous location for the default Cache folder seems to be only correct for Windows XP. The location C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\xournalpp should work for Windows 8+ according to https://www.lifewire.com/find-and-view-temporary-internet-files-in-ie-818231.

I think we should mention that the path needs to be pasted into explorer address bar as the INetCache folder is invisible (even if display of hidden files is enabled) and there is no way to 'normally' navigate there.
