iOS Synergy Client Crash on mouse entry #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start Synergy
2.Connect to Server
3.Move mouse on server into iOS device 'window'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see a mouse pointer on iPhone, Synergy app crashed instead, server 
shows iOS client disconnected

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Server running on Win7 x64, Client running on iPhone 4 iOS 5.0.1. Client 
downloaded from 
http://synergy.googlecode.com/files/ch.ringwald.synergyclient_0.8-9_iphoneos-arm
.deb link on synergy

Please provide any additional information below.

i found the same problem, same steps.
my device: iPod Touch 2G, iOS 4.2.1
used the same .deb file, installed placing the .deb file at 
/var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall

for two times i saw the mouse icon, and it worked well, but any interaction 
like click or return to server just crashes de app

same issue. using ubuntu 10.04 with iPad iOS 5.0.1. where can I get the logs? 
It shows connected and then immediately disconnects when i mouse into the iPAD.

I'm having the same problem with iOS 5.1.1 (the server is Windows 7 x64, with 
another Windows 7 x64 as a client) 

I tried setting the server to debug1 but I don't know what to make of the 
output.

I'll attach the part where it connected and disconnected, but it doesn't look 
like it will help much :(

Same issue here. Fedora 17 Synergy 1.4.10 Server, iPad 3 Client. I can't seem 
to find a crash log. The most recent file in 
/var/mobile/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/ is more than a week old.

Attached is my experience.

Replicating the bug was fairly easy

1. Connect to Synergy server
2. Hit the home button to background the app
3. Switch screens

By the second switch, the client has disconnected without notifying the server 
(all it sees is a dead iPhone)

Running isynergyclient_0.9-2_rotation+keyboard on iPhone 4S (6.1.2) and Synergy 
1.4.17

Everything is just about broken in this extension when you are on iOS 7... Its 
a darn shame.

I'd be willing to back the project a little bit if that motivated developers to 
get this running again.
