• It's hard to assemble methods and results when we are developing incrementally

• If we use the traditional way of thoroughly dividing methods and results in different large chapter
• Readers would need to jump between different Large chapter

• This is not intuitional and doesn't show our logical flow

  Chapter 3: Methodology and Results

3.1 Initial Approach and Unsuccessful Methods

• Method: Discuss your initial approach and the unsuccessful methods you tried, such as multiple Jupyter kernels.
• Outcome: Explain that these methods only allowed ImageJ functionality to be called with Java code, which was incompatible with Python-based Chaldene, and thus didn’t yield usable results.

3.2 Successful Method: PyImageJ

• Method: Describe how you discovered and used PyImageJ as a solution to the language gap problem.
• Partial Results: Present the results after implementing PyImageJ, including the creation of some working visual nodes.

3.3 Development of Auto-Generation Pipeline

• Method: Explain why you decided to develop the auto-generation pipeline and describe how you did it.
• Final Results: Present the results after implementing the auto-generation pipeline. Discuss how this improved the process and the quality of the results.

(v) Divide Method and Result

• I changed my mind about combining methods and results section in the thesis
• After further consideration, I realized that I also need to state the problems I met during the development process
• If we combine method, problems ,solution for problems, and result all in one Large chapter
• the paper is messy
• I'll go with the traditional components, divide the Method and Result
